If a test is configured and no emails are received, check the following.
- confirm that the "from" and "reply-to" have valid domains. By clicking in the field it should show and "Ok' or "Not Valid". If the domains are not valid emails may be silently dropped.
Confirm that valid SMTP server is configured. Click the Change Outgoing Server from the template editor window. To use the Portal server, these fields should be blank. To use a custom SMTP server, these fields should be configured with the proper authentication credentials.
Leave the settings blank to use the Portal mail server. Otherwise, configure proper settings/credentials and click "Test Settings".
Test Different Delivery emails via the the Preview And Test from the email template editor. This will help determine if the emails are being blocked for some reason. That is, if the email can be delivered to one entity, but not the other, it is likely that some form of filtering is occurring.
