1. Training Page Editor
The Training Page Editor allows you to edit the content of the landing page through a WYSIWYG editor. Editable sections will be highlighted by a dashed orange box when you roll over them. A pop-up window will open with the content.
2. Training Page Details & Settings
The Training Page Settings contains general training page template information that you can use to organize training templates in your account.
- Template Settings - Displays general information about the landing page template.
- Template Name - Name of the template to be displayed throughout the portal. We recommend that you name your templates as descriptively as possible.
- Template Description - A Brief description of the template to be displayed throughout the portal.
- Template Categories - Categories assigned to the template to be used for filtering.
- Training Page Settings - Displays settings specific to the currently displayed template localization.
- Training Page Title - The text that will appear in the target’s browser title.
- Completion Button Text - Text that appears in the “I have completed this training” button on the Training Page that the target uses to log that they have read the training provided. The default text is “Completed.”
- Completion Message - The message that will appear to the target in a javascript alert message when they complete the page action.
- Right to Left Text - Specifies how the text will appear on the landing page (some languages, such as Arabic, display text in right to left format, whereas other languages, such as English, display text left to right). You cannot turn this toggle off - you can only turn it on for a different localization (the system will turn off the current default when it switches). Changes the CSS "direction" setting to "rtl" for the body tag.
- Default Locale - Toggle to make the currently viewed localization the default for the template. The default localization will be used as the localization for any Targets that do not have a language set.
- Completion Options - The Completion Options drop-down allows you to configure the next step in the phishing progression after the user finishes the training.
- Redirect Option - Select what will happen once a target completes the page action.
- No Redirect - Targets will not be redirected.
- URL Redirect - Redirect the user to any URL you choose.
- Redirect Option - Select what will happen once a target completes the page action.
- Misc. Settings
- Use Bootstrap? - Use Bootstrap on the landing page. This option defaults to on.
- Bootstrap Version - This allows you to choose which version of Bootstrap to load on the Landing Page. This option defaults to version 3.3.7.
- JQuery Version - This allows you to choose which version of JQuery to load on the Landing Page. This option defaults to version 3.1.1.
- Body Class - This allows you to add custom classes to the body tag.
- Body Background Color - Change the background color of the body tag.
This section will also display the other templates (both Email and Landing) this template is attached to, and any warnings/errors associated with the template. Given that email, landing, and training templates are separate entities the same training template can be attached to multiple other email and landing templates. If you choose to edit the template you are affecting the phishing progression of all the other templates (including any active tests) that this template is attached to as well.
3. Add Locale, Preview, and Fullscreen Editor Buttons
Clicking the Preview drop-down will allow you to change the layout, edit the HTML body, edit the HTML head, edit the body class, and preview the landing page.
- Current Locale drop-down - The drop-down in the bottom-left corner of the template editor lets you display a different locale for the template. You can add a new locale by clicking the plus icon. A popup will appear asking you to choose an existing locale to copy and the new locale you want to add. Once the locale has been created you will need to edit it to add your translation.
- Edit HTML Body - Switches window to an HTML editor to edit the training page HTML directly. The training page automatically generates the <html>, <head>, and <form> tag for you. Everything you create will go inside the <form> tag. If you include these tags in your HTML it will cause errors on the landing page when loaded.
- Edit CSS - The CSS screen is where your CSS for the training page will go. Note: for older templates, the CSS will still be inside the BODY HTML section. You can copy it over to the CSS section if you'd like (but this is not required).
- Edit HTML Head - Open a pop-up window allowing you to add content to the HTML <head> of the training page.
- Restore to Last Save - Remove any changes made since the last save.
- Preview - Open a preview of the training page in a new browser tab.
- Fullscreen Editor lets you edit the training page in the WYSIWYG editor.
