Navigate to Targets / Groups > Create Targets.
This will open the Add Targets page.
The Single Target tab contains a form where you can input information to add a target to a group. Select a group using the Group dropdown, then input the target's information.
Optional / Custom Fields are any data (variables) that you want to associate/store in the system that is not already covered by our Pre-Defined System Fields. For more information see this article.
When you are finished with the form, click the Add Target button to add the target to the group.
The Multiple Targets tab allows you to add multiple targets to a group simultaneously. Select the group you want to add the targets to with the Group dropdown menu, then add the target emails to the email field seperated by commas. After a group has been selected and emails have been entered, Click the Add Targets button to add the targets to the group.
The Import Targets tab allows you to import targets into a group from a CSV file. Select a group from the Group dropdown menu. Click the Choose File button to select a CSV file to import. Check or uncheck the checkboxes to enable or disable the desired options. When you are finished configuring the options for the CSV import, click the Review Import button to review your import.
For a CSV to be imported, it must be formatted properly. See article: How to properly format a CSV file for more information.
