The Report Phishing Outlook Plugin allows your users to report phishing emails they receive in their inboxes. Reported phishing emails will be counted in your testing data. This plugin will also enable the inbox feature which will allow you to view and clone phishing emails to be used as templates in future testing.
In order for the plugin to properly function, you must set up an incoming mail server on the Mail Settings page.
Navigate to Administration > Settings > Report Phishing Settings.
This will open the Report Phishing Addon Settings page.
Click the Outlook icon to download and run the installer. Follow the prompts on the installer to install the plugin. This plugin will enable a "Mark as phishing" option in the Outlook client. To find the button users must click the ellipses ( . . . ) to view more email options .
Reporter Email Address
If you have not set up an incoming mail server on the Mail Settings page, click the pencil icon to be directed to set up and configure an email address for phishing emails to be reported to. By default, the inbox set up in on the Mail Settings page will be the inbox that phishing emails are reported to. The PhishingBox platform will scan this inbox for emails reported as phishing.
