EU Data Instance

A new instance is coming to the European Union hosted in Frankfurt, Germany. The data will be hosted by Amazon on the IP 54.93.55.235 and mail will be sent from the IP 64.238.34.10. 

What is the difference between EU and US?

Everything is the same, except for where your data is being stored and processed. Phishing Emails, Landing and Training Page Domain names are similar but localized.

What does this mean to me?

If you do not require GDPR compliance, but are located in Europe, then migration is optional. If you need to meet GDPR compliance, you will want to request a migration to the EU data instance. 

How do I prepare for migration?

Before migrating to an EU instance make sure to pause all active campaigns and make sure no campaigns are scheduled to start during your migration period. 

What do I do If I am currently a customer and want to be migrate to the EU instance?

Please contact support and our team will be able to assist you. Migration is free, but please be patient as we roll out this new Data Instance.
