Fields that are not available in Portal's system can also be stored. You can create your own custom fields for a group, such as "Hire Date", by going to Targets/Groups > Manage Groups, clicking the drop-down under Actions, and clicking Edit. Then, open the Custom Fields tab and click the Add Another Field button. Once you've saved the group configuration, these new fields will be available for updating when you edit targets in the group or when you import/update targets using a CSV file.
Information about a target, such as first name, last name, address, phone number, and department, can be stored inside the Portal. To view this information about a target, go to Targets/Groups > Manage Targets, click the drop-down under Actions for one of the targets and clicking Edit, or, click on the View button.
