You can get to your Group Details page by going to Targets / Groups > Manage Groups, then clicking "View" under the Actions column for the respective group you wish to see details for.
Once on the Group Details page for a given group, the following will be displayed:
Group Overview - The Group Overview at the top of the webpage contains the name of the group (next to this is a pencil icon, which will allow you to edit the group, along with a file icon, which will allow you to save group details as a PDF), along with a count for Total Targets, Total Campaigns, the name of the Org/Company the group is a part of, the Integration that the group uses, a timestamp of the day the group was Last Tested, and a timestamp of the day the group was Last Updated.
Group Risk - The Group Risk score displays the total risk of the group in one number, and also contains a breakdown of the risk score by the average Phishing Simulation risks of the targets in the group, the average Training Engagement of the targets in the group, the average Security Signals of the group, and the average Impact of the group. Each of these categories can be hovered over for more detail. Finally, there is a row containing a date of when this metric was last changed.
Furthermore, below this contains a pie chart wherein you can group targets by Riskiest or Last updated, and a list of targets will be provided that correspond to the type of filtering selected.
Group Metrics - The Group Metrics section contains the following tabs regarding the group:
- Group Summary: The Group Summary tab contains group information regarding Tests / Campaign metrics, Reporting Activity metrics, as well as Course / Program metrics.
- Group Details: The Group Details tab contains a more extensive list of group information than the Group Overview.
- Findings: The Findings tab contains Risk Score metrics month by month. Positive changes are green (Risk Score for the group has gone down), and negative changes are red (Risk Score for the group has gone up). Using the timeline widget on the top of the graph allows you to filter by start and by end, allowing you to change the view of Risk Metrics for the group over time. Below this is a table that contains the following columns: Date of Finding, Factor type of Finding, the Finding, the Target associated with the Finding, the Raw Score of the finding, the Decay of the finding as a percentage, the Score of the Finding, the Status of the Finding, and an Actions column that contains an Options dropdown, which contains "Set Dismissed" and "Set Mitigated".
- Tests / Campaigns: The Tests / Campaigns tab contains the tests and campaigns of the group, with a table that contains the test/campaign's: Name, Type (Phishing, etc.), Date Started, Number of Targets, Failure (as a percentage), NRS, Delivery (email) metrics, and Unique Actions.
- Courses / Programs: The Courses / Programs tab contains a table of various targets and their respective enrollment information. The table, for instance, contains the following columns: Name of the target, Email of the target, the Course / Program that the target is enrolled in, the Date that the target was enrolled in that Course / Program, the Date that the enrollment started, the Date that the enrollment was completed, the Progress of the enrollment (as a percentage), and the Score that the enrollee received upon completion of the respective Course / Program.
- IP Map: The IP Map tab contains a toggle between a 3-D and 2-D map that geographically the IP location(s) of the respective targets within the group.
- Endpoints / Devices: The Endpoints / Devices tab contains a table with the following: IP of the target, Date Last Scanned, Number of Emails Scanned, Number of Emails Reported, Number of Emails Confirmed Phishing, Number of Emails Confirmed Spam/Junk, Number of Emails Confirmed Safe, Number of Phishing Emails, and Last Report date.
- Targets: The Targets tab contains a table of listed targets within a group, and has the following columns: Name of the target, Email of the target, the Targets' Activity Status, the Groups' Activity Status, Number of Tests Included in the Data, Number of Emails Delivered to that target, Unique Actions this target has performed, and the Risk Score of the respective target.
