Safelisting in Appriver

If your organization uses Appriver's SpamLab spam filtering and/or link protection, follow the steps below to safelist PhishingBox simulated phishing test emails in your Appriver tenant.

Safelisting IP Addresses

1. Login to Appriver Admin Center.
2. Under SpamLab, select Filters > IP Addresses.
3. In the Allowed IP Addresses, input the PhishingBox phishing mail IP address and (optionally) the PhishingBox system email IP addresses.

4. Click Add to input another IP Address.
5. Repeat steps 3-4 for each Phishing Mail IP address.
6. Click Save.

Safelisting Link Protection

1. Access the Customer Portal.
2. Select Email Threat Protection > Link Protection > Edit.
3. Under Policy Options, enter the domains used in your Templates.
   

   NOTE: You may need to wildcard the domain(s) to ensure that all links are not rewritten.
