If system emails are being sent to quarantine, it is possible to have mails delivered by releasing the mails from quarantine and reporting a false positive. To release the message, follow these steps:
- Go to the Quarantine page.
- Search or filter for the system email from address.
Double-click the message, and then click "Release message to specified recipients".
Reporting/releasing multiple emails will assist in training Microsoft's mail analyzer to allow the emails to be delivered.
