Safelisting in Palo Alto

If your organization uses Palo Alto as a firewall, you can safelist (whitelist) to allow our simulated phishing test emails and training notifications through to your end-users.

Safelisting by IP Address in Palo Alto

  1. Open up the Palo Alto WebGUI
  2. Go to Device > Setup > Management.
  3. Click on the 'Settings' icon (a gear in the top-right corner) inside Management Interface.
  4. Click the 'Add' button and add all PhishingBox IP addresses
  5. When finished adding the IP addresses, click "OK".
