Yes. Fields that are not natively available in Portal's system can also be stored. To create custom fields for a group, such as "Hire Date", navigate to Targets/Groups > Manage Groups, click the drop-down under the "Actions" column, and click "Edit".
From here, open the "Custom Fields" tab and click the "Add Another Field" button. Once the new group configuration has been saved, these new, custom fields will be available for updating when you edit targets in the group, or when you import/update targets using a CSV file.
Information about a target, such as first name, last name, address, phone number, and department, can be stored natively, without custom configuration as seen above, inside the Portal. To view this information about a target, navigate to Targets/Groups > Manage Targets, click the drop-down under the "Actions" column for the respective target(s) and click "Edit", or "View".
