What should I do before creating accounts?

Before creating an account, you'll want to have ready the company name, decide what features to include in the account (courses module, ability to create targets in the account, KillPhish Lite tab, etc.), and obtain the contact information of the account's primary contact (first and last name and email address). Then, once the account has been created, you'll want to jump in and verify that all the information is correct.
