Overview
The Manage Accounts page (found by navigating to Reseller > Manage Accounts) is where you can view, manage, and create subaccounts.
This page presents a table view of all your subaccounts with relevant details of each subaccount.
The Manage Accounts Table
On the top-right of the table, there are two dropdowns:
- Account Type - Allows you to filter by: All Types, Reseller, Multi, Single, and Trial accounts.
- Activity Status - Allows you to filter accounts by: All Statuses, Active, Expired, Deleted, Enabled, and Disabled accounts.
Also on the top-right of the table are various buttons:
- Filter - This button will display the Filter Accounts widget, where you may filter accounts by various fields.
- Clear - This button will clear the fields that are being used to filter accounts from the Filter button.
- Create - This button will display the Create Account page.
- Export - This button allows you to export the table data via copying to your clipboard, or by downloading it as a CSV, Excel, or PDF.
On the table itself, there are the following columns that for each account listed in the table:
Checkbox - In order to perform actions en masse for multiple accounts, simply select the checkbox next to each account you wish to perform actions on. The two actions are available: Delete and Change Expiration. (To select all accounts at once, click the top checkbox).
Account Name - This column displays the name of the respective account.
Account Label - This column displays the nickname of the account.
Type - This column displays the Account Type (Trial, Single, etc.). Please see our Create Account article for more details on each account type.
Package - This column displays the feature package that is applied to the respective account. Hovering over the info icon will provide an overview of which features are on/off within the feature package (if the icon is blue, the feature is enabled; if it is grey, then the feature is disabled). Please see our Manage Feature Packages article for an explanation of each feature.
Subscriptions (Icon) - This column displays the count of course/program subscriptions that the account has.
Users (Icon) - This column displays the number of Portal Users in the account.
Last Login - This column displays the date of the last time a Portal User logged in.
License Use - This column displays the count of seats used (as the numerator), over the total amount of seats purchased (as the denominator).
Risk Score - This column displays the overall risk level of the account based on user behavior, training, and potential exposure to threats.
Tests (icon) - This column displays the total count of tests created within the account.
Tests in Last 6 Months (icon) - This column displays the amount of tests created in the last 6 months.
Last Test - This column represents the date of the last test performed on the account.
Auto-Renew Status (icon) - This column represents if auto renew is on (the icon will be green if on, and red if it is off).
Expiration - This column displays the date that the account expires.
Status - This column displays the current status of the account (Enabled or Disabled).
Notes (icon) - This column displays notes added to the account when clicked.
Actions - This column displays a fish logo and a dropdown next to the fish logo. Clicking the fish logo will log you into the respective subaccount and redirect you to the Portal of that account.
Note: Alternatively, to jump into a subaccount, you can click on the "Jump Into Account" button, which is found by navigating to Reseller > Jump Into Account.
Furthermore, the dropdown next to the fish logo contains the following:
- Jump Into Account - This has the same function as clicking the aforementioned fish logo.
- Edit Account - Clicking this option will take you to the account's Edit Account page.
- Extend Trial - Clicking this option allows you to extend the account's trial period.
- Add Domain - Clicking this option allows you to add a Target Domain to the account.
- Edit Subscriptions - Clicking this option will take you to the Manage Subscriptions page for the account.
- Edit Content Package Subscriptions - Clicking this option will take you to the Manage Content Package Subscriptions page for the account.
- Delete Account - Clicking this option will allow you to schedule the deletion of the account.
