Integrating an account with Workday

Integrating an account with Workday allows for syncing of groups and courses for phishing simulations and campaign auto enrollment. To connect your account to Workday follow the steps below:

 

Generate a API key in Workday 

 

  1. Create an Integration System User (ISU)
  2. Create a Security Group
  3. Assign the ISU to the group
  4. Grant permissions to required data (e.g., workers, organizations, training)
  5. Register an API Client
  6. Use “Register API Client for Integrations”
  7. Select Client Credentials as the grant type
  8. Collect Credentials
  9. Copy the Client Secret 

 

Connect to Workday in Integration Store

  1. Log in to the PhishingBox portal.
  2. Navigate to Administration > Integration Store.
  3. Click the Setup button on Workday's integration card.
  4. Enter the Client Secret 
  5. Click the Test button

Once connected, you will have the option to sync individual groups, all groups, or only sync courses.
