How do I submit feedback on the platform / portal?

There are three ways to submit feedback to the support team on the platform / portal:

1. On the top-right of your screen, click the "Help" button. 
2. On the bottom-right of your screen, click the "Feedback" button.
3. On the left-hand side of your screen, click on Resources > Need Help.
