How do I identify bounced emails and remove the targets that bounced?

You can identify if an email bounced by campaign or by test

To identify if an email bounced by campaign, you can either:

  1. Go to Tests / Campaigns > Manage Campaigns > "View" Dropdown (right-hand side) > View Details. From here, scroll to the bottom of the page and click on the "Emails" tab.
  2. Go to Tests / Campaigns > Manage Campaigns > "View" Dropdown (right-hand side) >View Scheduled Emails.

To identify if an email bounced by test, you can either:

  1. Go to Tests / Campaigns > Manage Tests > "View" Dropdown (right-hand side) > View Details. From here, scroll to the bottom of the page and click on the "Emails" tab.
  2. Go to Tests / Campaigns > Manage Tests > "View" Dropdown (right-hand side) > View Scheduled Emails.

How do I remove the targets that bounced?

First, ensure that if the target is part of an integrated group that has auto-sync turned on, you will need to remove the user from the group in the third-party provider software.

If this does not apply, simply go to Manage Targets. From here, you may either:

  1. Click on the View drop down (on the right-hand side), and select "Delete".
  2. Click on the checkbox next to each target you wish to delete, scroll to the bottom of the page, and select "Delete".
