Groups are the primary organizational unit for simulating phishing testing. Groups allow you to sort and group targets for testing, import targets from active directories (AD) or learning management systems (LMS), and parse testing data on a per-group basis.
The primary group management tool is the Manage Groups page found by navigating to Targets / Groups > Manage Groups.
On the Manage Groups page, the following will appear on the top-right:
- Groups and Target Count - A count of the total amount of groups on the account along with the total amount of targets on the account.
- Group Status Select - A dropdown that allows you to filter by All Groups, Active Groups, and Inactive/Archived groups.
- Filter Groups - Use conditional filtering on group fields. Multiple field filters can be used at one time.
- Create Group - Click this button to create a group. For information on the process of creating a group, see article: Add / Edit a Group
- Export - Clicking this button allows you to copy the table information to your clipboard, or export to a CSV, Excel, or PDF file.

- Smart: Smart-sync will dynamically add targets that are added to the group to any ongoing tests on the group. Does not apply to campaigns that have Target Selection turned on (selecting individual targets to include in the campaign) or to immediate send type campaigns (campaign must be a scheduled send type).
