Overview
It is possible for PhishingBox portal admins to review logs for system emails and portal user logins.
Use the links below to jump to a section:
System Email Logs
To review System Email Logs, navigate to Administration > Logs > System Email Logs.
- Date Scheduled - The date & time the system email is scheduled to send.
- Sent - The sent status of the message. The green check mark () means the email successfully sent; the red X () means the email failed to send.
- Recipient - The recipient of the system email.

System Email Trigger - What triggered the system email to be sent.
NOTE: Each system email trigger has an associated system email. Some of these system emails can be modified in Manage System Emails. The name of the system email matches the trigger name.
- Last Sent - The time the system email last sent.
- # Sends - The number of times the system email has been sent.
- Errors - If the system email experiences an error sending, the error will display in this column.

Actions
- Preview - Opens a preview of the system email in a pop-up window.
- Resend - Resend the selected system email. Resending a system email will increase the "# Sends" count by 1 and will update the "Last Sent" time.
User Login Logs
To review User Login Logs, navigate to Administration > Logs > User Login Logs.
- Name - The name of the user.
- Email - The email address of the user.
- IP Address - The IP address of the device used to login.
- Login Date - The date & time of the login.
