Integrate ConnectWise CRM

Follow the steps below to integrate your reseller or multi-tenant account with the ConnectWise CRM. Once the integration is complete, you’ll be able to create PhishingBox accounts directly from the company data stored in ConnectWise CRM.

Configure an API Member in ConnectWise

1. Log in to your ConnectWise tenant.
2. Navigate to System > Members.
3. Create a new API member and ensure that its role has permission to read companies and contacts.
4. Generate a new API key for the API member.
5. Copy the public key and private key for the new API key.
   • Important: Save the private key in a secure location, as it will not be visible again after leaving the page.

Configure the Integration in PhishingBox

6. Log in to the PhishingBox portal.
7. Navigate to Administration > Integration Store (/integration_store.php).
8. Click the Setup button on the ConnectWise integration card.
9. Enter the following details:
   • ConnectWise host
   • Company name (used for login)
   • Public key (from Step 5)
   • Private key (from Step 5)
10. Click the Test button to verify the connection.
    • If the test is successful, click Save to finalize the integration.
