Overview
Reseller accounts are provisioned with additional white labeling options in Branding Settings. Resellers can customize the PhishingBox portal with their own logos, a custom URL, page title, and more. These supplementary settings allow additional types of system emails to be populated with their own custom branding.
To configure your branding settings settings, navigate to Administration > Settings > Branding Settings.

General
To configure general branding settings, navigate to Administration > Settings > Branding Settings > General tab.
The following settings can be configured on the General tab:

Theme - the color theme of PhishingBox's Portal. The three options are:
- Standard (Blue)
- Dark (Dark Gray)
- Light (Light Gray)
- Email / Report Primary Color - this is used on all system emails along with any reports generated from the portal. Must be valid hexadecimal color code (e.g. '#0F0F0F').
- Email Logo - the logo that appears in system emails.

Report Default Logo - company logo that appears in PDF reports.

Report Default Cover Image - the cover logo that appears at the top of a PDF report.
Portal
Resellers have the ability to customize the branding of the admin/user portal. To customize portal branding, navigate to Administration > Settings > Branding Settings > Portal tab.
The following settings can be configured on the Portal tab:
White Labeling

Portal URL - the URL used to access the PhishingBox admin portal. Click the "Change Custom URL" button to create a custom URL. Use the
{site_url}
tag to display this URL in system emails. -
Page Title - a custom page title that will prepend the portal page you're on.

Copyright - the copyright that will display at the bottom of portal pages. Use the
{copyright}
tag to display this link in system emails.

Org/Company - this value will appear in generated reports and system emails. Use the
{msp_company}
tag to display this link in system emails. -
Support Address - this email address will appear in system emails and the Need Help? page. The "Submit Ticket" button will send an email to the support address. Use the
{support_address}
tag to display this link in system emails. -
Support Link - a link to the support page. Use the
{support_link}
tag to display this link in system emails. -
Privacy Link - a link to the privacy policy regarding simulated phishing attacks. Use the
{privacy_link}
tag to display this link in system emails. -
Terms Link - a link to terms regarding simulated phishing attacks. Use the
{terms_link}
tag to display this link in system emails. -
Support Phone - the phone number to reach your support team. This number appears on the Need Help? page and in system emails. The variable for this field is
{support_phone}
.
NOTE: To preview and edit portal system emails, navigate to Administration > Manage System Emails.
Logos & Icons
To add a logo, click the "Choose File" button and choose an image that conforms to the dimensions specified by the logo type.
- Sign In Logo - the logo that appears on the portal login page.
- Portal Logo - the logo that appears on the top-left side of the portal when the main menu is expanded.
- Portal Logo Collapsed - the logo that appears on the top-left side of the portal when the main menu is collapsed.

Portal Favicon - the small image that's displayed next to the page title.
- Custom Reseller Terms of Service - add custom terms of service for you product.
School
To configure your organization's school branding settings, navigate to Administration > Settings > Branding Settings > School tab.
The following settings can be configured on the School tab:
White Labeling

School URL - the URL of your school. Click the "Change Custom URL" button to create a custom school URL. Use the
{school_url}
tag to display this URL in system emails. -
School Copyright - a copyright that can be displayed in system emails with the
{school_copyright}
tag. -
School Org/Company Title - a custom page title that will prepend the school portal page you're on. Use the
{school_company}
tag to display this URL in system emails.. -
School Support Email - an email address for school support emails. Use the
{school_support_email}
tag in system emails to display this email address. -
School Support Phone - the support phone number for your school. Use the
{school_support_phone}
tag to display this phone number in system emails. -
Email Signature Name - a generic name that can be used in system email templates. Use the
{email_signer_name}
tag in system emails to display this text. -
Email Signature Title - a generic title that can be used in system email templates. Use the
{email_signer_title}
tag in system emails to display this text. -
Email School Disclaimer - disclaimer text for use in system emails. Use the
{school_disclaimer}
tag to display this text in system emails.
NOTE: To preview and edit school system emails, navigate to Administration > Manage System Emails.
Logos & Icons

Library
Resellers have the Library tab which provides Template and Course Library customization options.
The following settings can be configured on the Library tab:
General

Library Account - choose the Master Library or your own custom Library
NOTE: To use a custom library, you will need to create a sub-account to act as the library account. All other sub-accounts will see this accounts templates as the library instead of the main system library. Once the account is created and filled with templates, use this drop-down to switch to that account. Your main account and the library account will still see the main system library.
- Library Contact Name - the name of the library manager who will get any library request emails.
- Library Contact Email - the email of the library manager who will get any library request emails.
- Add PhishingBox Library Templates - if this setting is enabled the PhishingBox Library templates will be loaded in addition to templates in the chosen library account.
- Add PhishingBox Library Courses - if this setting is enabled, the PhishingBox Library courses will be loaded in addition to courses in the chosen library account.
Library Templates
- Default Phishing Email Template - the email template that will be used when users create a new email template to pre-populate settings.
- Default Phishing Landing Page Template - the landing page template that will be used when users create a new email template to pre-populate settings.
- Default Training Page Template - the training page template that will be used when users create a new email template to pre-populate settings.
- Default Training Email Template - the training email template that will be used when users create a new email template to pre-populate settings.
