Account Type - The type of account you are creating. There are four types: Trial, Single, MSP, or Reseller.
- Trial - then the default number of targets (test phishing emails that can be sent) will be 5.
- Single - then you will be allowed to specify the number of Seats Purchased for the account. Seats Purchased tells you how many targets can be associated with an account. You can send as many emails as you want to your targets.
- MSP - This account type is designed for Managed Service Providers. This type of account purchases (seats) emails to send phishing and training campaigns. These accounts have unlimited targets.
- Reseller - This account is designed for customers who want to resell the platform. They will have access to the Reseller module on the platform.
- Seats Purchased (Single) - The number of target seats purchased by the Single account. Seats are consumed by active targets (email addresses) added to the platform.
- Target Emails (MSP) - The number of email seats purchased by the MSP account. Seats are consumed by emails sent (campaign emails).
-
