Reseller Library - User Guide

Overview

The Reseller Library feature allows resellers to manage all content available to their sub-accounts within one location. Resellers can organize phishing emails, landing pages, training content, attachments, and more to control and streamline what their clients can access.

How It Works

  1. Resellers create and manage content libraries.

  2. Libraries can be selectively assigned to different sub-accounts.

  3. Each type of content is managed independently across multiple tabs.

  4. Sub-accounts only see and access content that has been included in their assigned libraries.

Setting Up a Reseller Library

1. Create or Edit a Library

  • Enter a library account and navigate to Library > Manage Libraries.

  • Click Create Library or edit an existing one.

  • Enter a Name for the Library.

  • Set the Status to Active if you want it available immediately.

  • Assign the Library to specific Instances (sub-accounts) using the dropdown.

  • Click Save.

Note: Each tab saves independently when changes are made.

Reseller Library Tabs Explained

Each tab within the Reseller Library allows you to control different types of content sub-accounts will have access to:

General

Set basic library information:

  • Name: Title for the Library.

  • Instances: Assign the library to our US or EU instance.

  • Status: Activate or deactivate the library.

  • Description: A description for the library.

Accounts

Manage which sub-accounts have access to the library.

  • Add or remove assigned sub-accounts at any time.

Campaign Blueprints

  • Provide pre-built campaign structures to simplify campaign creation for sub-accounts.

Content Packages

Manage bundled training courses or phishing content collections.

  • Useful for quickly distributing a set of courses to multiple sub-accounts.

Courses

Assign individual courses (training modules) that sub-accounts can enroll users in.

  • Ideal for targeted security awareness training.

Course Program

Assign full programs (a series of courses grouped together).

  • Provide pre-made programs to sub-accounts.

Phishing Emails

Select phishing templates available for sending simulations.

  • Control the look and feel of the phishing attacks sub-accounts can use.

Landing Pages

Select landing pages associated with phishing simulations.

  • Landing pages typically display after a phishing link is clicked.

Best Practices

✔ Keep libraries organized by client type, region, or industry.
✔ Regularly update libraries with new phishing templates and training materials.
✔ Use Course Programs to create standardized learning paths for your sub-accounts.
✔ Audit assigned content periodically to ensure it stays relevant and compliant.
