Overview
The Reseller Library feature allows resellers to manage all content available to their sub-accounts within one location. Resellers can organize phishing emails, landing pages, training content, attachments, and more to control and streamline what their clients can access.
How It Works
-
Resellers create and manage content libraries.
-
Libraries can be selectively assigned to different sub-accounts.
-
Each type of content is managed independently across multiple tabs.
-
Sub-accounts only see and access content that has been included in their assigned libraries.
Setting Up a Reseller Library
1. Create or Edit a Library
-
Enter a library account and navigate to Library > Manage Libraries.
-
Click Create Library or edit an existing one.
-
Enter a Name for the Library.
-
Set the Status to Active if you want it available immediately.
-
Assign the Library to specific Instances (sub-accounts) using the dropdown.
-
Click Save.
Note: Each tab saves independently when changes are made.
