Do you offer support or training if we need help with PhishingBox?

Yes. PhishingBox offers both phone and email support for all users. Support can help with platform questions, Portal navigation, campaign setup, troubleshooting, reporting questions, and other issues that may come up while using the system.

To contact support, users should refer to the How do I submit feedback on the platform / portal?  article, which explains how to submit a request or provide feedback through the appropriate support channels. When submitting a support request, it is helpful to include details such as the account name, the issue being experienced, screenshots if available, and any relevant campaign, target, or report information.

We also offer web-based training upon request. Training may be provided for new users, teams that need help understanding Portal features, or customers who want additional guidance on how to use the platform effectively. In some cases, support may also recommend web-based training when a support issue would be best resolved through a walkthrough or live demonstration.
