Feature Packages provides a handy way to have preset account settings. You can use Feature Packages when you're setting up a new account. The settings you specify in the Feature Package can be propagated to a new account. Navigate to Manage Feature Packages by going to Resellers > Manage Feature Packages.
To add a new Feature Package, click on Add Package. You'll then be presented with the below screen:
