Net Reporter Score

Overview

Some reports found under the Report Generator include the Net Reporter Score (NRS). NRS measures a group's/campaign's/test's/individual target(s) susceptibility to a phishing attack in one number. This number is computed every time an action is taken on an email or landing page during a phishing test.

The NRS will appear in the summary section of a report, as pictured below:

NRS can also be viewed on test, campaign, group, and target details pages.

Calculating NRS

The equation used to compute the NRS is as follows:

NRS Calculation Formula

Where r.gif is the number of emails reported, f.gif is the number of failures, and t.gif is the total number of emails received.

Thus, for a given unit (test, target, group, campaign), a negative NRS indicates more emails were failed than reported, a positive NRS indicates more emails were reported than failed.

Disabling NRS

NRS can be disabled in reports by switching the Replace NRS Section option on as pictured below:

If NRS is disabled, it will be replaced by the Action Timeline chart.
