View Scheduled Emails

The View Scheduled Emails page provides a table containing various information regarding emails that are scheduled to go out for a given test/campaign. 

To get to the View Scheduled Emails page, navigate to either:

  • Tests / Campaigns > Manage Tests > Actions column dropdown > View Scheduled Emails, or
  • Tests / Campaigns > Manage Campaigns > Actions column dropdown > View Scheduled Emails

The table contains the following columns:

  • Name - The name of the target.
  • Email - The email of the target. 
  • Send Date - The scheduled date of the email being sent to the target, along with the following status icons:
    • Queued/Not yet queued - Shows if the email has been queued to send. 
    • Sent/Not yet sent - Shows if the email has been sent to the target or not.
    • Delivered - Shows if the email has been delivered to the target or not.
  • Test - The test associated with the email. 
  • Group - The group associated with the target.
  • Template - The template associated with the test.
  • Locale - The localization associated with the test. 
  • Actions - Contains a "Delete" button that deletes the scheduled email, along with a dropdown that contains the following buttons:
    • Change Template - When multiple templates are selected for a test, the pool of templates can be selected from to be assigned to a target.
    • Change Send Date/Time - Set the scheduled send time of the email for the target. Must be within the test track activity period. 
    • Mark Message as Delivered - Over-ride the delivery status as 'Delivered'.
    • Re-queue Email - Re-queue the message to be sent again. 
    • Delete - Delete the scheduled email. 
    • Send Training Page Link - Send an email containing the training page URL. 

Furthermore, the top-right of the table contains a dropdown to filter for the status of scheduled emails for the test/campaign (Active and Deleted), as well as a "Filter" button and an "Export" button. The "Export" button contains the options to export the table as a CSV file, Excel file, PDF file, as well as the option to copy to the clipboard.
