Adding Images to Email, Landing, or Training Page Templates

To add an image to an email or landing page, click the image icon from the main editor, located in the red square as shown in the image below:

Once the editor icon is clicked, you should be presented with a dialog box.

Click the "Browser Server" button to upload a file. It is recommended that you upload the images to PhishingBox, as opposed to referencing them from external locations, for security and deliverability purposes.

Once you click the "Browse Server" button, you'll be presented with a popup that shows you all the images you've uploaded to your account.

Click the "Add Files" button to add more images to your account.

The maximum file upload dimensions are 1920 x 1080 and the maximum file size is 10MB.

Add Files in "Browse Server"

Once you've uploaded your images, you can choose an image to include on the template. Then, you can resize the icon using the width and height text boxes.

NOTE: the width and height text fields are applying CSS rules to the image to resize it - they are NOT resizing the original image that was uploaded. Some mail clients may ignore these CSS rules. If that happens, you will have to "force resize" the image by using a program, such as the Paint app on Windows, to change the dimensions of the images and then upload it again.

Image Properties page > Image info tab (with tabs of LINK and ADVANCED next to it). There are fields for URL, alternative text, width, height, border, HSpace, Vspace, and alignment, along with a preview of the image.
