Overview
To create a template, navigate to Templates > Create Template. This will open the Create Template page. Alternatively, you can copy a template into your account from the Template Library page.

Note: The "Cancel" button will close out the Create Template page, and will redirect you to a different page.
Template Type dropdown
To begin creating a new template, a type of template must be selected. The following are the available Template Types available:
- Phishing Email Template - The Phishing Email that targets will receive in their inbox during a test/campaign. Please note that this template type can only be used with Phishing campaigns.
- Phishing Landing Page Template - The web page that the target will be taken to if they click a link that is within the phishing email. These pages are meant to phish the target further with a form, download, or replicated URL.
- Training Page Template - The web page designed to provide targets with phishing training. These templates can be attached to either emails or landing pages depending on the phishing progression desired.
- Training Email Template - An email template meant for training purposes. Please note that this template can only be used in Training Campaigns.
Create button
After selecting a Template Type, clicking the "Create" button will create the template and the subsequent editor specific to the Template Type selected will be prefilled with default text and settings. The following links are to the respective template editors of each template type:

Import Template button
This option will allow for the importing of templates from a ZIP, EML or HTML file. If there are any links in the file, they will be replaced with {hook_url} variables, and images will be re-hosted on the template domain.
AI button
This tool leverages the AI model currently connected to and selected in your AI settings in Account Settings. Choose which type of template you would like to generate, enter a prompt for template creation, and then click "Generate HTML":
This will generate a preview of the template which you can then choose to edit the prompt or create the template. Creating the template will load the template editor.
