Navigate to Templates > Create Template. This will open the Template Creation Wizard.
From here you can title your template, write a description, select your template type, and tag the template with categories.
You have three options for the template type:
- Email Template - An email that a target will receive in a phishing simulation.
- Landing Page Template - A web page that a target can be directed to if they click a link in a phishing email.
- Training Page Template - If a user clicks a link in an email or landing page template, they can be directed to a training page where they can view videos or infographics containing training materials.
After clicking the "Create" button, you are now redirected to the Template Editor where you can edit the template details, content, and layout.
Click on Configure Domain Name and choose a domain from our domain list that you would like to send the template from in phishing simulations.
Click on the Email tab on the Template Editor to choose your e-mail layout.
From here you can choose a layout or edit the HTML of the email. Available layouts are pictured below.
Now we can edit the email body, add a logo, and edit the message.
On the right side under Email Settings, you must configure the From Name, From Email, and Email Subject.
We highly recommend using the same domain that you used in Configured Domain Name in the last step as the domain for the From Email.
