Library: Templates

Overview

The Template Library enables you to easily copy pre-built phishing emails, training emails, landing pages, and training pages directly into your account.

Content Type

The Template Library offers a wide range of templates, separated by the phishing or training experience. Phishing Emails will come with landing and training pages by default. Landing and training pages can be copied directly, without the attached phishing email. Training emails do not contain landing or training pages by default.

Filter Templates

This function allows you to sort templates by 'Last Updated', 'Name', and Language.

Perform perform dynamic searches using the search bar. The search is responsive, so you don’t need to type the exact template name. For instance, if you’re looking for a Microsoft 365 template, simply begin typing, and relevant results will appear automatically. These sorting and search options integrate with the category filters on the left, enabling you to combine them to precisely narrow down the templates to what you're looking for.

 

Additional Filters 

Additional filters are applied such that the results will match the filters between sections while matching any filter in the same section. For example, If you filter on Content and Difficulty, choosing tier 1 and 2 difficulty and general as the content, you will get results that are general in content, but tier 1 or 2 for difficulty. 

Content: This allows for filtering based on the content of the template. Some example content types are banking/finance, healthcare, general, promotions and social media. 

Department: Filter based on the department of a company/organization. Some example Departments are accounting, sales and technical support. 

Difficulty: Templates are separated into 5 different tiers of difficulty, with 1 being the easiest and 5 being the most difficult. 

Industry: Filter based on the industry that the template is targeting. Some example industries are software development, retail, and insurance. 

Vendors: Multi-select filter based on the companies and brands available (e.g., Microsoft, AT&T, etc.). Templates can have Vendor categories in addition to Industry/Region categories. Further, the Vendors filter on the Library: Templates page can be auto-filled with the values found in Account Settings under "Template Automation". 

Region: Filter based on geographic region.

Language: Filter based on the translation of the template. 

 

Templates List

Each template entry contains an overview with the name of the Template, a brief description, the date it was last updated in our system, and the difficulty level of the template.

 

Template Progression Diagram

You will also notice icons representing the different steps in this phishing experience. The first icon in the chain tells you what kind of template it is: Phishing/Training Email Template-Library-04.PNG, Landing Page Template-Library-05.PNG, or Training Page Template-Library-03.PNG. The icons that follow show you the rest of the phishing progression for the template. The Template-Library-06.PNG is a URL Replication and Template-Library-07.PNG is a URL Redirect. Hovering over any of these icons will tell you the name of the template (or URL). Clicking will give you a preview of what the template looks like.

 

Copy / Edit Buttons

Clicking the "Copy" button will place a template as it is directly into the Manage Templates page. The "Edit" button will open the template editor. For more information regarding the template editor, please select from the following list of template types:
