In order to reset MFA for a Student, navigate to Manage Students and use the actions dropdown on the student to select "Disable Two-Factor Auth". To disable MFA for a admin, navigate to Administration > Manage Portal Users and use the actions dropdown on the admin to "Disable MFA".
