Reseller Library

Overview

A reseller library account allows resellers to customize the templates and courses that appear in subaccount's libraries. Follow the linked steps below to create a library account:

  1. Create a Library Feature Package
  2. Create a Library Subaccount
  3. Configure Reseller Library
  4. Create Courses and Templates

Create a Library Feature Package

You will first need to configure a feature package:

  1. Navigate to Reseller > Manage Feature Packages.
  2. Click the "Add Package" button.
  3. Provide a descriptive name (i.e. "Library Package").
  4. Enable the following features:
    • School/Courses
    • Internationalization
  5. Click "Save".

Create a Library Subaccount

With a library feature package created, you're ready to create the library subaccount:

  1. Navigate to Reseller > Create Account
  2. Set the following configuration for the new subaccount:
    • Account Type: Single.
    • Seats Purchased: 1.
    • Feature Package: The library package you created.
    • Org/Company Name: It is recommended that you give the account a descriptive name that identifies it as a library account.
    • Industry: Other.
  3. Click "Create Account".

Configure Reseller Library

To set the newly created library account as your subaccount's library, navigate to Administration > Settings > Branding Settings. Click the 'Library' tab to view the library settings. 

NOTE: Below the image are definitions for each field/toggle.

  • Library Account - The subaccount to use as the library. If following these steps, select the account you created in the Create a Library Subaccount section.
  • Library Contact Name - The name of the contact that will handle course subscription requests.
  • Library Contact Email - The email of the contact that will handle course subscription requests.
  • Add PhishingBox Library Templates - Determines whether to include PhishingBox default library templates in subaccount template libraries.
  • Add PhishingBox Library Courses - Determines whether to include PhishingBox default library courses in subaccount course libraries.
  • Default Phishing Email Template - This is the email template that will be used when users create a new email template to pre-populate settings.
  • Default Landing Template - This is the landing page template that will be used when users create a new email template to pre-populate settings.
  • Default Training Template - This is the training page template that will be used when users create a new email template to pre-populate settings.
  • Default Training Email Template - This is the training email template that will be used when users create a new email template to pre-populate settings.

Create Courses and Templates

With a library subaccount created and configured, you are now ready to add school content and templates to this subaccount. Navigate to Reseller > Manage Accounts and click the Phish icon in the library account's actions column to jump in to the account.

Courses and templates will appear in your subaccount libraries. You can also add the courses created in the library to feature packages. 

NOTE: For a library course to appear in your subaccount's Content Library / Store, the course's "Who can see the course?" option must be set to "Sub Accounts". See our Edit Course article for more details.
