Overview
The Reseller Insights page, found by navigating to Reseller > Tools > Insights, provides a way for parent accounts to view data from all subaccounts under itself. This data includes everything from phishing campaign data to account management data.

Reseller Insights Dashboard
The dashboard, at the top of the Reseller Insights page, provides an overview of test and course data across subaccounts.
The top row of the dashboard lists the number of tests awaiting authorization, tests that are scheduled, tests that are in progress, and tests that are completed.
The bottom row of the dashboard lists the number of courses students are enrolled in, courses that students have not started, courses that are in progress, and completed courses.
Immediately below the dashboard are the Testing Activity and Course Activity tabs.
Testing Activity and Course Activity tabs
The testing activity and course activity tabs both provide overarching views of subaccount data relating to testing and courses, respectively.
Testing Activity tab
The testing activity tab provides, on the left-hand side, a graphical overview of testing data, categorized by delivered, opens, clicks, data extended, training action, and reported. On the top-right of this tab, there is a dropdown (with the default being "All") for which subaccount that the graph displays testing data for. Furthermore, to the right of this dropdown is another dropdown that configures the graph to display data from a certain timeframe (e.g., last 30 days, last 60 days, and last year). Selecting the hamburger icon on the top-right of the graph provides the following options: view in full screen, print, download as a PNG, JPEG, PDF, SVG vector image, CSV, XLS file, or viewed as a data table.
On the right-hand side of the tab displays the targets with the top clicks and top inputs (which is also dictated by the previously mentioned dropdowns).
Course Activity tab
The course activity tab provides, on the left-hand side, a graphical overview of course data, categorized by number of courses that have enrollments, that are in progress, and that are completed. On the top-right of this tab, there is a dropdown (with the default being "All") for which subaccount that the graph displays course data for. Furthermore, to the right of this dropdown is another dropdown that configures the graph to display data from a certain timeframe (e.g., last 30 days, last 60 days, and last year). Selecting the hamburger icon on the top-right of the graph provides the following options: view in full screen, print, download as a PNG, JPEG, PDF, SVG vector image, CSV, XLS file, or viewed as a data table.
On the right-hand side of the tab displays the recent course completions from students (which is also dictated by the previously mentioned dropdowns).
Accounts tab
The Accounts tab, found by scrolling to the bottom of the Reseller Insights page, has three dropdowns, with the "Seat Accounts" dropdown selected by default. The Account Details modal appears when a subaccount on any table is selected.
Account Details modal
All records within each dropdown (i.e., each subaccount) is clickable. Upon clicking on a respective subaccount, the "Account Details" modal will be displayed. This modal contains four tabs, namely:

Account Info - Contains important dates for the subaccount, contact information, license usage, and an account changelog table, which has the following sortable columns:
- Action - The change that took place.
- Property Changed - The property of the subaccount that was changed.
- Changed From - The value of the above property before the change.
- Changed To - The value of the above property after the change.
- Date Changed - The date this change/action occurred.

Campaign Log - Displays a table containing all campaigns within the subaccount, with the following sortable columns, that can be exported as a CSV file using the top-left button:
- Campaign Name - The name of the campaign.
- Start Date - The start date of the campaign.
- End Date - The end date of the campaign.
- Date Authorized - The date that the campaign was authorized.

School - Contains two dropdowns containing a table each. The "Students" dropdown, selected by default, displays a table containing student information, with the following sortable columns, that can be exported as a CSV file using the top-left button:
- Name - The name of the student.
- Email - The email of the student.
- Last Login - The date when the student last logged in.
The "Enrollments" dropdown displays a table containing enrollment information, with the following sortable columns, that can be exported as a CSV file using the top-left button:
- Email - The email of the student enrolled.
- Course Name - The name of the course for the respective enrollment.
- Date Enrolled - The date that the student was enrolled in the course.
- Due Date - The due date of the course.
- Date Completed - The date that the enrollment was completed.
- Score - The score that the student received for this enrollment.
- Allotment/Period - Two calendar fields configured to return allotment information for the specific account.
Furthermore, on the bottom of the Account Details modal, there are the following options:
- Cancel - Closes the Account Details modal.
- Edit Account - Opens the Edit Account modal.
- Jump Into Account - Places you into the subaccount.
Seat Accounts dropdown
The Seat Accounts dropdown contains a table containing information regarding subaccounts that are Seat Accounts. The table is exportable to a CSV file ("Export to CSV" button on the top-left), and contains the following sortable columns:
- Account Name - The name of the subaccount.
- Industry - The industry of the subaccount.
- Used Licenses - The amount of provisioned seats that are currently being used by the subaccount.
- Purchased Licenses - The total amount of purchased provisioned seats that are available to the subaccount.
- License Utilization - A percentage of the usage of the provisioned seats of the subaccount (red means more utilization, and thus less available seats).
- Students - The amount of students in the subaccount.
- Enrollments - The amount of enrollments that students have in the subaccount.
- Expiration Date - The expiration date of the subaccount.
Furthermore, this dropdown contains a search bar along with an Account State dropdown. The Account State dropdown allows filtering for "All", "Active", and "Inactive" subaccounts.
Email Accounts dropdown
The Email Accounts dropdown contains a table containing information regarding subaccounts that are Email Accounts. The table is exportable to a CSV file ("Export to CSV" button on the top-left), and contains the following sortable columns:
- Account Name - The name of the subaccount.
- Industry - The industry of the subaccount.
- Used Licenses - The amount of provisioned seats that are currently being used by the subaccount.
- Purchased Licenses - The total amount of purchased provisioned seats that are available to the subaccount.
- License Utilization - A percentage of the usage of the provisioned seats of the subaccount (red means more utilization, and thus less available seats).
- Expiration Date - The expiration date of the subaccount.
Furthermore, this dropdown contains a search bar along with an Account State dropdown. The Account State dropdown allows filtering for "All", "Active", and "Inactive" subaccounts.
Reseller Accounts dropdown
The Reseller Accounts dropdown contains a table containing information regarding subaccounts that are Reseller Accounts. The table is exportable to a CSV file ("Export to CSV" button on the top-left), and contains the following sortable columns:
- Account Name - The name of the subaccount.
- Industry - The industry of the subaccount.
- Subaccounts - The number of subaccounts under this subaccount.
- Local Licenses Consumed - ???
- Sub-Account Seats - The amount of seats provisioned to this subaccount.
- Email Licenses Sold - The total amount of email licenses that were sold by this subaccount.
- Local Student Count - ???
- Sub-Account Student Count - The amount of students within this subaccount.
- Expiration Date - The expiration date of the subaccount.
Furthermore, this dropdown contains a search bar along with an Account State dropdown. The Account State dropdown allows filtering for "All", "Active", and "Inactive" subaccounts.
Campaigns tab
The Campaigns tab contains a table of campaign data relating to subaccounts. On the top-left of the table, there is an "Export to CSV" button that allows for the exporting of the table in CSV format. On the top-right of the table, there is a search bar. The sortable columns contained within the table are:
- Account Name - The name of the subaccount. Clicking on the account name displays the Campaign Log tab from the Account Details modal.

Campaign Name - The name of the respective campaign within the subaccount. Clicking on the campaign name displays the Campaign Details modal, which contains the name of the Account Name and Important Dates for the account. Furthermore, this modal contains dropdowns, all containing various tables that are exportable as a CSV file with the top-left button on each:

Groups - Table of group information, with two sortable columns:
- Group Name - The name of the group.
- Created Date - The date the group was created.

Templates - Table of template information, with four sortable columns:
- Name - The name of the template.
- Subject - The subject of the email for the respective template.
- Date Created - The date that the template was created.
- Submission Action - ???

Test Schedule - Table of test information, with three sortable columns:
- Test Name - The name of the respective test.
- Group - The group that received this test.
- Start Date - The start date of this test.

Auto Enroll Courses - Table of auto enrollment information, with three sortable columns:
- Course Type - The type of course.
- Course - The name of the course.
- Date Created - The date that the auto enrollment was created.

Groups - Table of group information, with two sortable columns:
- Start Date - The start date of the respective campaign.
- End Date - The end date of the respective campaign.
- Date Authorized - The date that the respective campaign was authorized.
Furthermore, on each row on the table, the far-right of the row contains a dropdown. When selected, a table for the respective tests within the campaign will be displayed. This table contains the following sortable columns:
- Test Name - The name of the test within the campaign.
- Date Started - The start date of the test within the campaign.
Email Queue tab
The Email Queue tab, on the left-hand side, contains a graph displaying the amount of emails queued within certain parameters. On the top-left of this tab, there are dropdowns for configurating these parameters:
- On the left, the "Time Period" dropdown has the options between Monthly and Daily. Selecting "Daily" will cause the "Date" dropdown directly to the right of it to appear, so that a specific day can be specified.
- On the right, the data within the graph can be configured for certain accounts (set to "All" by default).
Using the hamburger icon on the top-right of the graph, the graph can be: viewed in full screen, printed, downloaded as a PNG, JPEG, PDF file, SVG vector image, CSV, or XLS file, and viewed as a data table.
Directly to the right of the graph there is a table, which contains the following sortable columns:
- Account Name - The name of the subaccount.
- Emails Queued - The number of emails queued for the respective subaccount.
This table can be exported as a CSV file by clicking the "Export to CSV" button on the top-left of the table, and is searchable by number of emails queued and account name by using the search bar on the top-right of the table.
Furthermore, for each row within the table, there is a dropdown icon on the far-right. When selected, a table specific to that subaccount will appear. This table is dependent on the "Time Period" dropdown. When "Daily" is selected, the table contains the following columns:
- Hour Sending - The hour (in 24hr time format) when the email (or emails) was (or were) queued.
- Emails - The number of emails queued, with respect to the Hour Sending column.
When "Monthly" is selected, the table contains the following columns:
- Date Sending - The date when the email (or emails) was (or were) queued.
- Emails - The number of emails queued, with respect to the Date Sending column.
Industries tab
The industries tab displays a table that contains the following sortable columns:
- Industry Name - The name of the industry.
- Accounts - The number of accounts that are in the respective industry.
- Tests - The number of tests within subaccounts in the respective industry.
- Subaccount Fail % - The percentage of targets that failed a test in subaccounts within the respective industry.
Furthermore, on each row within the table, there is a dropdown on the far-right of each row. When selected, subaccounts within this industry will be listed.
On the top-left of each table, there is a "Export to CSV" button, which allows for the exportation of the table into a CSV file. On the top-right of the table, there is a search bar.
Templates tab
The templates tab contains the three dropdowns, with "Phishing" selected by default. Clicking on each record, or name of each template within each dropdown table, will display a preview of the selected template.
Phishing dropdown
The phishing dropdown contains a table with the following sortable columns:
- Name - The name of the phishing template.
- Domain - The phishing template domain.
- Cloned - The number of times that this phishing template was cloned.
- Campaigns used in - The number of campaigns that use this phishing template.
- Emails sent with - The number of emails that use this phishing template.
- Failed - The number of targets that failed with this phishing template.
- Fail rate - The fail rate of the phishing template.
- Last Used - The date when this phishing template was last used.
Furthermore, on the top-left of the table, there is a "Export to CSV" button, which allows for the exportation of the table into a CSV file. On the top-right of the table, there is a search bar.
Landing dropdown
The landing dropdown contains a table with the following sortable columns:
- Template Name - The name of the landing template.
- Cloned - The number of times that the landing template was cloned.
- Campaigns used in - The number of campaigns that the landing template was used in.
- Emails sent with - The number of emails that were sent using this landing template.
- Failed - The number of (tests? campaigns? targets?) that failed with this landing template.
- Fail rate - The fail rate of the landing template.
- Last Used - The date when this landing template was last used.
Furthermore, on the top-left of the table, there is a "Export to CSV" button, which allows for the exportation of the table into a CSV file. On the top-right of the table, there is a search bar.
Training dropdown
The training dropdown contains a table with the following sortable columns:
- Template Name - The name of the training template.
- Cloned - The number of times that the training template was cloned.
- Campaigns used in - The number of campaigns that use this training template.
- Emails sent with - The number of emails that were sent using this training template.
- Last Used - The date when this training template was last used.
Furthermore, on the top-left of the table, there is a "Export to CSV" button, which allows for the exportation of the table into a CSV file. On the top-right of the table, there is a search bar.
