How to add pre-made templates to your account

PhishingBox offers a variety of pre-made phishing email, training email, landing page, and training page templates. To get started, we will add one of the phishing email templates. Follow these steps to get a template from our Template Library:

NOTE: Please refer to our Template Library article for more details. Also review the Templates section of the User Guide to learn more about creating, editing, and managing templates.

1. Navigate to Templates > Template Library
2. On the Template Library Page, click the "Phishing Emails" filter under Template Type
3. Use the search to filter the list of email templates, or scroll through the entire list
4. When you find a template of interest, you can use the preview buttons found on the bottom of the template card to open a pop-up containing a visual preview of the email/landing page/training page.
5. When you find a Template you want to use, click the "Copy" button to copy the template into your account.
6. Alternatively, click the "Edit" button to open the selected template in the template editor. This page allows you to make any needed changes to a template. See our "Template Editor article for more information.                                                                                                                                      Note: Make a note of what domain is used in the template, you will need to add this domain to your safelisting settings.
   
7. Click "Save"

You have now added a template to your account! You are ready to move on to the next step in the Quick Start guide: Safelist Phishing and Training Emails.
