The Manage Accounts page is where you can view, manage, and create subaccounts. This page presents a table view of your subaccounts with some key details of each account.
To get started, navigate to Reseller > Manage Accounts.
Account Name - If you click on the account name, you will be taken to the Edit Account Page. Please see our Edit Account article for information regarding editing accounts.
Account Label - This is simply an account nickname.
Type - This will display the account type (Trial, Single, MSP, or Reseller). Please see our Create Account article for more details on each account type.
Package - The feature package applied to the account. Hover over the info icon to see an overview of which features are on/off in the feature package (if icon is blue, that means the feature is enabled; if it is grey, then that feature is disabled). Please see Manage Feature Packages article for an explanation of what each feature.
Subscriptions - This column shows the count of course/course program subscriptions the account has.
Users
- Users - The number of portal users in the account.
- Last Login - The date of the last time a portal user logged in.
Licenses Use - This column shows the count of seats consumed (numerator) over the total seats purchased (denominator).
Tests
- Tests - Total count of tests created in the account.
- Tests in last 6 months - Count of tests created in the last 6 months.
- Last Test - Date of the last test.
Status
- Auto-Renew Status - This column will display a green icon if auto-renew is turned on, and a red icon if it's off.
- Expiration - The date the account expires.
- Status - This displays the current status of the account (Enabled or Disabled).
Notes - Clicking the notes icon will display the notes added to the account.

Jump into Account - Clicking the fish logo will log you in to the respective subaccount and redirect you to the portal of that account (alternatively, you could click on the drop-down beside the fish and select "Jump into Account"). To return to your reseller account, click "Back to Admin" in the portal sidebar of the subaccount.
NOTE: Another way to jump into a subaccount is by clicking on the "Jump Into Account" button located under the Reseller tab (Reseller > Jump Into Account).
- Edit Account - Clicking this option will take you to the account's Edit Account page, where you modify account settings, feature packages, and account details.
- Extend Trial - This option allows you to extend the account's trial period.
- Add Domain - This option allows you to add a target domain to the account.
- Edit Subscriptions - This option allows you to change the edit the expiration date or delete the course subscriptions of the account.
- Delete Account - Use this button to schedule the deletion of the account.
