The Dashboard is the home page of the PhishingBox platform. This page presents an overview of test and course data, active tests, the newest library templates, and account details. On the left hand side is the navigation menu. For more details, please see our Main Menu article.

Account Metrics
Testing Summary - This section provides information about ongoing simulated phishing testing. You can view tests awaiting authorization, scheduled tests, tests currently running, and completed. The section contains links you can use to navigate to more detailed views of tests and create a campaign with a single click.
Course Summary - This section provides information about the security training coursework you have assigned to your employees. You can view the number of employees that are enrolled in training and their progress at a glance. The section contains links you can use to get detailed data related to the training that you have assigned.
Account Activity
Testing Activity - displays testing action data from the past month in a line chart. You can filter different types of actions by clicking them in the top-right corner of the chart. The hamburger menu gives view, print, and download options.
Course Activity - this tab shows enrollment data from the past month in a line chart. You can filter the data found in this chart by clicking the data points in the top-right corner. The hamburger menu gives view, print, and download options.
Target Actions - this section will display the targets that have the highest count of clicks, inputs, and reports.
Active Tests, Recently Completed Tests - this table displays all the running and scheduled tests in your account. The Recently Completed Tests tab displays tests that have been finished recently. This table provides the Test Name, Start Date, End Date, and Status. Click the "View" button to view details about the respective test.

Top Bar Menu
Clicking the icon will display platform messages.
Clicking the icon will direct you to the Need Help? page. This page contains support contact details and other help resources.
The search bar allows you to search for resources like targets and campaigns.
Newest Library Templates - this shows the last five newest templates in the template library.
My Account
My Account - a brief description of your account. This section displays your company name, the current user logged in, license type, and seat use count.
Industry Metrics -The average fail rate for an account for the last two years, as well as the industry average from last year. Industry Metrics show benchmark results aggregated across all accounts for the selected year. Metrics are target-based and reflect performance across targets in each industry. The failure rate is calculated as:
failed phishing emails to that industry รท total phishing emails sent to that industry, excluding pilot campaign emails.
