Dashboard

Security Inbox
Note that Security Inbox only appears for those with an Enterprise License.

Tests / Campaigns
- Manage Target Domains - Manage your simulated phishing target domains.
- Manage Tests - View and manage all of your tests.
- Manage Campaigns - Presents all of the campaigns that have been configured in your account. You can edit, configure, and view campaigns from this page.
- Create Campaign - Will open the Campaign Wizard where you will configure simulated phishing campaigns.
- Create Quick Campaign - Will open the Quick Campaign Wizard.
Targets / Groups
- Manage Targets - View and manage all of your phishing targets (users). Here, you can add targets manually, or from third-party integrations (e.g., Entra ID, Google Workspace, Okta, etc.), or import from a CSV file.
- Manage Groups - View and manage all of your phishing groups.
- Create Group - Create or edit a new group and define custom fields.
- Dark Web Monitoring - Contains breach entries for targets.
School
- Manage Content - View and manage all of your courses/programs.
- Create Content - Create your own custom training courses/programs.
- Manage Students - A table that displays a list of individual students and data related to their course activity. Here, you can also reset training passwords and deactivate enrollees.
- Manage Enrollments - View how many targets are currently enrolled in a course/program, resend course enrollment emails, send reminder emails, and delete enrollments.
- Create Enrollments - Manually enroll groups or specific targets into courses/programs.
- Integration Enrollments - View enrollments that were created via an integration.
- Integration Courses - View courses that are added to the Portal via an integration.

- Manage Certificates - View and manage all of your course/program certificates.
- Create Certificate - Create a new course/program certificate.
- Student Certificates - View all certificates that students have received.
- Student Certificates by Type - View student certificates with course/program filters.

Library: Courses - Browse and add pre-built courses to your account.
Templates
- Manage Templates - View, manage, and customize all the templates that you have created or added from the Template Library.
- Create Template - Create a new template for phishing or training.
- Template Domains - View information related to community and account domains.

Library: Templates - Browse, customize, and copy our system templates to your account. Whenever templates from the Template Library are copied, they will be available on the Manage Templates page where they can be edited.
Reports
- Quick Executive Report - Generate an Executive PDF report for a given test.
- Report Generator - Generate PDF reports based upon your selected criteria.
- CSV Generator - Generate CSV reports based upon your selected criteria.
- CSV Wizard - Generate pre-defined (and customizable) CSV reports based upon your selected criteria.

Reseller

- Template Transfer Tool - Quickly transfer templates from one account to another.

- Integration Enrollments - Displays all enrollments created via LMS integration (e.g., Litmos).

- User Guide - Takes you to the user guide. Topics, by category, are listed on the left-hand side.
- Need Help? - Takes you to a page containing a link to the User Guide, buttons to submit tickets to and view existing tickets to our support, button to initiate an online chat, a join button to follow our outage notification list, and contact information for our support team and sales team.
- System Status - Takes you to a page detailing our system status, including announcements, uptime history, and a percentage reflecting our 7 day uptime.
Sign Out
Clicking this logs you out of the Portal.
