How do I pre-authorize my domain?
Before a simulated phishing test can begin, the target domain(s) (the email domains you want to phish) must be authorized for testing. Follow the steps below to authorize target domains:
NOTE: Please refer to our Manage Target Domain article for more details.
- On the left-hand menu select Test Campaigns > Manage Target Domains.
- On the Manage Target Domains page, add a target domain by clicking the Add button.

In the pop-up, enter your domain name into the domain field. Click the Add button.
NOTE: MSP and Reseller type accounts will have access to the "Verify Now?" toggle when adding a target domain. This will immediately verify the domain without the need of sending a verification email.
- Next, send a verification email to an address on that domain. Enter the email address in the field provided, then click the Send Verification Email button.
- Open the verification email and follow the provided link. This will open the Phishing Test Authorization page. Click the Authorize button to verify the domain.
After verifying your target domain(s), you're now ready to Create Groups and Import Targets!
