Enrollment Wizard
The Enrollment Wizard allows administrators to batch-enroll students into courses and programs. You can define how targets are selected, manage notifications, configure manager settings, and set course details.
1. Enrollment Method
Enroll By: Choose how you want to select targets (e.g., Group or Target).

Groups: Select one or more groups from the list.
Use the → arrow to move groups into the enrollment list.
Use the ← arrow to remove them.
Target Filters: Click Add Filter to refine which targets should be included (e.g., based on attributes or custom filters).
Targets to Enroll: Displays the total number of targets that will be included in this enrollment.
2. Suppression & Notification Settings
Enable Customize suppression/notification settings to configure advanced notification preferences:
Do Not Send New Account Notification?
Prevents the system from sending the standard “new account” email to first-time users.Do Not Send Enrollment Email Notification?
Prevents the system from sending the standard course enrollment email.Suppress Enrollment Slack Notification
Suppresses Slack enrollment notifications if Slack integration is enabled for your account.-
Skip Duplicate Enrollments
Controls whether users can be enrolled multiple times in the same course/program:None – No duplicate check; all enrollments proceed.
All – Prevents duplicate enrollments entirely.
Date Range – Prevents duplicates only within a defined timeframe.
3. Manager Settings
Enable manager settings to specify or override enrollment manager details:
Use Target Manager Name and Email?
If ON, uses the manager assigned to each target’s details page.
If OFF, enter custom details:
Enrollment Manager Name – Name to appear in communications.
Enrollment Manager Email – Address used for manager notifications.
Enrollment Manager Email Localization – Choose the language/locale for manager emails (e.g., English).
4. Courses and Programs
Courses and Programs
Select one or more courses or programs to assign. Use the Filter button to quickly locate available options.Enrollment Date
Sets when the target will gain access to the course.Due Date
Defines when the course must be completed. Use Date+ to set dynamic due dates (e.g., 7 days from enrollment).
Finalizing the Enrollment
Click Review to preview the enrollment configuration.
Click Create Enrollments to finalize.
Click Cancel to discard changes.
