Library: Courses/Programs

The School Library page allows you to get a subscription to preconfigured courses and programs. To navigate to this page, go to School > Library: Courses. Free courses/programs are available to your account as soon as you click "Subscribe" and confirm the request. Courses/programs with a price will require you to request them through the content package they are included in. 

On the left on this page, you can filter by the type of course (course or program), price (free content or at-cost content), subject/content, content partner and language.

Library: Programs 

Programs are containers for a group of courses. When subscribed to, the courses and program will become available for enrollments. Enrolling into a program will enroll the student into all courses.  Clicking the   button or program thumbnail will display a list of courses that belong to the program.  The icon denotes that the program is paid content. A subscription request to Paid content will send a notification to the account management team. This will start the process of procurement and delivery of the content to your account. 

Library: Courses 

The courses section will display all courses are are part of programs, packages as well as individual courses available to subscribe to. The course icons will display the following information:

• The localizations/languages that the course has available 
• The categories that the course belongs to 
• Preview the course. This can also be done by clicking the course thumbnail
•   Only is shown on courses that are paid content. The program or content package must be subscribed to in order to receive these courses. 
• Marks that the course is only available in content packages. Hovering over the icon will list the packages the course belongs to. 

Filtering 

Courses and Programs can be filtered based on the following:

1. Topic: The content is broken down into the topics that are covered, for example AI, safe emailing and data security. 
2. Language: The languages that our platform supports, from Afrikaans to Welsch. Some languages may not have content available. 
3. Content Packages: Only show courses/programs that are part of the selected content package. 
4. Content Partner: Filter based on the owner/creator of the content.
5. Duration: Allows for filtering based on estimated time to completion, from 5 minutes up to 60+. 
6. Course Type: SCORM or Video only.
7. Exclude Content: This will remove content from being displayed, the options are to remove free content, paid content, or content that has already been subscribed to and is in your account. 

Filters are applied such that the results will match the filters between sections while matching any filter in the same section. For example you can filter for English content and the topics of AI and data security. This will show all English courses that cover the topic of AI or data security.
