Library: Content Packages

Content packages contain courses and programs from a single provider that can be purchased or subscribed to for free. A content package that is free will immediately show in the Manage Content section and be available to the enrollment modulas after you confirm that the content should be added to your account. Subscribing to paid content packages will send a request to your account manager to start the procurement process. 

Filtering 

Content packages can be filtered based on the following:

1. Topic: The content is broken down into the topics that are covered, for example AI, safe emailing and data security. 
2. Language: The languages that our platform supports, from Afrikaans to Welsch. Some languages may not have content available. 
3. Content Packages: Only show courses/programs that are part of the selected content package. 
4. Content Partner: Filter based on the owner/creator of the content.
5. Duration: Allows for filtering based on estimated time to completion, from 5 minutes up to 60+. 
6. Course Type: SCORM or Video only.
7. Exclude Content: This will remove content from being displayed, the options are to remove free content, paid content, or content that has already been subscribed to and is in your account. 

Filters are applied such that the results will match the filters between sections while matching any filter in the same section. For example you can filter for English content and the topics of AI and data security. This will show all English courses that cover the topic of AI or data security.
