Manage Enrollments

To get to the Manage Enrollments page, navigate by going to School > Manage Enrollments

From the Manage Enrollments page, you can: 

  1. See how many targets are currently enrolled, 

  2. Send a reminder email, 

  3. Delete enrollments, or 

  4. Mark the enrollment as complete/incomplete. 


Clicking the Send Reminder Email button will trigger a confirmation box to appear. After clicking "Yes", you will be able to edit the system email that goes out. These options are all available from the Current tab.

Additionally, there is a Scheduled tab on the Manage Enrollments page. This tab shows enrollments that are scheduled to be created. 

It lists the following: 

  1. course or program, 

  2. the target or group, and 

  3. the date and time the enrollment is scheduled to be created.

On the Current tab, the Filter Enrollments button lets you filter out certain enrollments based on:

  1. Status, 

  2. Student name, 

  3. Student email address, 

  4. Content (course/program) name, 

  5. Type, 

  6. Enrollment date, 

  7. Due by date, 

  8. Start date, 

  9. Completion date, and 

  10. Manager.

The drop-down under the Actions column lets you: 

  1. Send a reminder email to the student about the enrollment, 

  2. View the answers a student gave during the quiz, 

  3. Send an email notifying the manager that the enrollment is unfinished, 

  4. Delete the enrollment, or 

  5. Mark it as complete/incomplete.

Upon clicking the checkmark box next to one or more users, mass actions at the bottom of the page appear, as follows:

Note: To select all users quickly, checkmark the checkbox next to "Full Name". 

  1. Delete - Delete the selected user(s). Please note that this action cannot be undone, and all data regarding the user(s) will be lost, and thus cannot be used in generated reports. 

  2. Change Due Date - Select a new Due Date for the user(s) respective content that they are enrolled in. 

  3. Change Manager - Selecting this will allow you to change the Enrollment Manager's Name, Email, and Language. 

  4. Send Reminder Email - Selecting this will allow you to send a reminder email to the selected number of enrollees. This reminder email can be sent without editing by selecting the "Send" button, or can be Edited and then Sent by selecting "Edit & Send". 

  5. Mark Enrollment(s) - The Mark Enrollments dropdown allows you to change the state of the user(s) as "Completed" or "Incomplete" en masse. 

  6. Notify Manager - This button will notify the manager of any unfinished coursework that the selected user(s) have. Like sending a reminder email, this message can be sent without editing, or edited and then sent. 

The main PhishingBox Dashboard is also a quick view of course activity. The gray boxes below are course activity, each with quick access to the manage screen:

You can also review courses in the individual’s target details. Navigate to Targets / Groups > Manage Targets and use the drop box in the top-right corner to choose your group or test.

Clicking the arrow next to the target's name will expand the row, revealing more information about the target. Click again to collapse the row.

Click "View" on the right side to view the individual profile and a more in depth look at course progress.
