The Manage School Content page is where a list of all your courses and programs will appear.
Navigate to this page by going to School > Manage Content.
The following is a list of dropdowns and buttons (on the top-right):
- Active: The Active dropdown lets you filter courses by: Expired and Active, Expired, and Active.
- Types: The Type dropdown lets you filter school content by both Courses and Programs (All), Courses, or Programs.
- Languages: The Languages dropdown lets you filter school content by languages. If you wish to remove a given language from this filter, simply select the language again, and the language will be removed as a filter after the page refreshes. Further, the languages filtered here use the default template language by default.
- Filter: Clicking this button will display the Filter Content popup, where you may filter courses based on various fields and values.
- Clear: This button clears all filters.
- Scorm: Clicking on this button will take you to your SCORM packages page.
- Library: Courses: Clicking on this button will take to the Content Library / Store page, where you can find new, predesigned courses.
- Create Content: Clicking this button allows you create new courses/programs.
- Export: Clicking on this button will allow you to copy course data to your clipboard, or redirect you to download it as a CSV, Excel, or PDF.
The following are the columns for the Manage School Content table:
- Name: The name of the course/program.
- Type: Whether the content is a course or a program.
- Course Type: The type of course (if the content is a course). Hovering over this will show if it is a SCORM course, video course, etc.
- Enrollments: Displays the number of enrollments to this content (both complete and incomplete).
- Date Created: The date the content was created.
- Date Expires: The date the content expires.

Actions: Actions that can be performed on the content. The following actions are:
- Edit - Allows you to edit the content.
- Preview - Allows you to see the course as it would appear on the school site. When you preview a course with multiple locales, you will be asked which locale you would like to preview.
- Delete - This will delete the content. Note, however, that some courses, such as library courses, are locked for deletion.
- Archive - This will archive the respective course/program. Note, however, that the course/program must be owned by you. Otherwise, the Archive option will be greyed out.
